On December 16, 1984, two sisters, Cherelle who was 8 and Skyanne Morehouse who was 3, were asleep in a bedroom in the Redwood Estates Trailer Park located in Thornton, CO. A fire broke out in the middle of the night and engulfed the trailer. The two young girls died as a result of the fire.
