On December 22, 1974, 42 year old Alfred Freyta was found on the 2300 block of California Street, he had been involved in a possible traffic accident. Mr. Freyta was immediately transported to a local hospital where it was discovered he had sustained a gunshot wound to his torso. In spite of the efforts made by medical personnel, Mr. Freyta did not survive his injuries.
