On February 27, 1970 Denver Police Officers were called to the area of 26th and Curtis Street on report of a shooting. Officers arrived to find 27 year old Martin Bustos near his vehicle, a 1955 Chevrolet. Mr. Bustos died at the scene from the injuries sustained.
