Broks-Juarez, Esvin Joel

37 year old Esvin Broks-Juarez worked construction and understood English but did not speak it. He would invite people he barely knew over to his house for drink. He had been a victim of burglary a few weeks prior to his death. Mr. Broks-Juarez was paid the Friday before his murder and then did not show up for work the following week. On February 11, 1986 a co-worker went to check on him and found he had been beaten to death at his apartment located on the 2900 block of West Denver Place.
